I went from a one hour workout to four hours. Read all the direction befor taking it. Start taking it 20min befor and keep drinking it during your workout.I kinda watered it down so I would up my fluids in me and helps with the taste.

At the time I took this I had trained for 2 years. I would take a scoop an hour before I worked out and I felt very little, and I'm pretty sure that little that I felt was Psychological, however, I DID FEEL SOMETHING. This stuff tasted great though. When I bought NaNo Vapor it was $50. Not worth it.

ï»¿Thirty minutes after taking it I feel a nice, soft rush. Shortly thereafter I notice the veins starting to swell. True or not I can push more weight when on this stuff and the pump lasts longer. Downside - going to the bathroom often as the diuretic wears off. I am 210 pounds and use a scoop and a half of this stuff.
