i bought this product because the reveiws seemed decent but i not happy with the bloating and theres so much to eat per serving, which makes it really time consuming and since its not very taste its a hella of a chore. I've tried watering it down to a easy to drink consistancecy but that just makes a whole lot more it to deal with. if you follow the directions it makes the shake the consistancey of a really really thick milk shake alot like melted ice cream. As for taste its ok but im already ready to switch. I dont use it as a post work out shake cause its not 100% whey, its some kind of blend of proteins. 2 out of 5.

Ok, I believe in giving everything a fair chance, which is why I went through 2 boxes of Meso-Tech Complete. The only reason why I bought it was because I’m currently deployed and our PX was out of Muscle Milk. I bought Meso-Tech in good faith believing that it would do its thing.

I found it to be clunky no matter how long I left my blender running or shook my sports bottle. I eat a low carb diet and run every day. I maintain a balanced and hard workout routine. I took Meso-Tech just like the instructions said but I didn’t notice anything at the gym. Not an ounce of strength or energy, nothing.

I did however gain unpleasant weight. Not muscle, just weight. I just felt uncomfortably bloated and heavy, not to mention very gassy. Even my wife noticed my weight change immediately at the airport. The only good thing I can say about this product is that the Vanilla Crème actually tastes pretty good.

I started to look and feel back to normal after about 4 days from taking my last serving of Meso-Tech. I will never take this product again. Sadly I wasted good money.

Big muscletech fan here. As with all protien shakes; Meso tech is a quick and easy way to get some protien down. I just can't handle that funky little twang it's got. The taste doesn't bother me. It's like a little light goes off saying " Don't drink this stuff" Probably all that extra garbage they put in it to hype it up for marketing. If you don't care what protien tastes like and you can handle the twang. Why not spend your money on something cheaper. I drink myoplex...no extra garbage; just protien, vitamins, and minerals.

i tried this product out in Portugal last year as a meal replacement to gain size. Boy did it work! I gained 15 kilos in just over a month, and my squats and bench pressed increase to another 20-30 pounds on the bar. I paid 80 euros{free muscle tech gym gloves were included, though now i'm not sure if they really were for free} for it, which was a bit costly and since moving to Austrtalia I havn't seen the product since. Though honestly not all the gains in weight that I made were muscle, as i also cut back on cardio while taking it, my waist did expand a bit. but having said that I was your typical hardgainer, and to gain 15 kilos in a month is just awesome and the vanila taste was out of this world { try also blending banana and honey, it works and taste great} . I would with out a doubt, go on meso tech again.
