i used cell-tech for 1 month. when i was on it i felt way stronger than usual and didnt fatigue easily. i was able to workout twice as hard example, before i started taking cell tech i could bench 3 sets of 245 pounds 5 reps each bench press. when on the cell-tech i could do 4 sets 245 10 times and i also gained 9 pounds of muscle.

i would go to the gym 4 times a week for 45 min to an hour. remember dedication is the key and without that there is no gains.
