Incredible Taste, Incredible Nutrition September 25, 2007

AWESOME Taste, lots of protein, and the nutrients it provides really makes it a perfect meal. I try to take 1 packet every night before bed (to provide my muscles with protein through the night) and the next day I hardly feel sluggish at all. It may seem a little bit pricey (~$40 for 20) but a $2 perfect and very tasty meal is really not too shabby!

All flavors are excellent... the strawberry seems to have little pieces of dried strawberries in it too which is... fun =p

Having all the vitamins in your body will GREATLY increase the strength of your immune system, and other bodily functions. I take Ny-Tro Pro40 with a multivitam (just Centrum) and have been around people who are sick all the time, and have not caught a single cold, flu, or virus whatsoever. It's awesome!

I've been through about six boxes of this stuff and have to say that I have had not complaints. The taste is good in all three flavors, I seem to recover well, and it has everything that is good for you (supposidly more than the others). On the other side of the coin, I haven't seen the advantagous of having 100% of the Daily Recommended Vitamins, nor do I seem to be as full as I have been on other Meal Replacement Shakes.
