I love Designer Whey. Period.

It's a bit pricey at any store, but you can find it online for less than half what places like GNC will charge you. I just ordered a 5 lb jug of it for only $37 shipped. Deals like this are incredibly easy to find if you just do a google seach. It's a fantastic product, and the taste is nothing to complain about. Although I didn't like it a lot at first, it's become a craving. I find myself salivating while I'm shaking/mixing it.

I have no specific numbers to cite as my gains, but we all know it works.

Pros:

- Good price ($50 cdn online for 5lb tub)

- Chocolate tastes fine, mixes easily with water

- Has a good vitamin profile (ZinMag6 etc...)

Cons:

I tried Vanilla once and it tasted nasty...like cardboard! It also had a very fine powdery texture whereas both times I had chocolate they have been more like tiny granules. Maybe it was a bad batch?

Verdict:

I would buy it again. I have tried several different types of protein powders (isolates and blends) and I honestly can't tell the difference in terms of results. I would say that ON chocolate mint does taste better than Designer Whey.
