I've been working out for about 1 year now and i wieghed 180 before taking this stuff. Now after 1 month I weight 190 and have went up 30 pounds in bench press. I work at a gnc and let me tell you if your looking for a good creatine supplement thats fairly cheap get phosphagen. It's a cheaper alternative to Cell-Tech which runs about 71 dollars for 30 servings compared to phosphagen for 60 dollars for 40 servings....I RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS!!!

Great creatine blend December 20, 2004

This reveiw is specifically for EAS' Phospagen ELITE blend of creatine. It is only a 3rd generation creatine delivery system, but I found it to be much more effective than even more advanced creatine delivery methods, like CEE. Phosphagen Elite tastes great, although very sweet, mixes extremely well, and produces noticeable size and strength results without the bloat. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is very costly per serving. But if you have the $$$, this is one of the best creatines out there still.
